Before you read the following Myths and Truths regarding PMAs, our group would want to clarify several fundamental principles. Although the emphasis of this text is the laws now in effect in the United States and the States, we disagree with how they should be applied to a people who ought to be free. We hold that:

  1. All humans are inherently sovereign to themselves and their Creator.
  • No system or process (election, legislation, force etc.) can ever confer, upon one human, a right to rule nor, upon another, the obligation to submit.
  • Consider the opposite: if we are not sovereign, we are slaves, to some degree or another. Still, the Constitution, and those of the States, attempt to confer authority to both the Federal, State and Local governments, via legislative, executive, and judicial power (the ability to make your life very hard and take your money).

2. All humans have sovereignty over their own lives, bodies, dwellings and possessions.

  • This sovereignty includes our choices concerning health, education, labor, child rearing, dwelling and belongings and more.
  • The parameters of our personal sovereignty should be dictated by just one concept which can be paraphrased as, “I, alone, hold the right to my life, my liberty, and my property to the extent that I do not interfere with another’s right to their life, their liberty, and their property.”
  • If we are a free people, no one else can compel us, under any legislation, to abdicate our personal authority.  The 4th Amendment has codified this innate right into law.

Amendment Four. The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

3. We live in an imperfect world where powerful entities control the masses by manipulation.

  • Due to the nature of this world, we bear a necessary burden; the cause of Liberty.
  • The following information will likely anger you, like it did us. The Myths and Truths that you will read next do not mean that we must bend the knee.  The information we bring is meant to inform you, as thoroughly as possible, before you choose a pathway to your goals. The Manifesto has been carefully compiled to save you time, money, and trouble.
  1. We value information, all of it.
  2. We value each individual’s right to choose, without coercion.
  3. We value knowing the ‘rules’ and knowing when to bend and break them.

“Liberty is freedom PLUS responsibility.”
